    Hurray For Canada Day!!! it's like ... Canada's 146th birthday ( on July 1st ) ...

    so muich drinking and fireworks ... it's a pretty great day! cheers

    did anyone else celebrate Canada Day? :p I think you should ... even if you're not from Canada! why not right? if you're parents ask why you're drinking you can yell out CANADA DAY!!!

    Mate, I gotta be honest with you, I didn't even know there was a Canada day! lol But I will deffo raise my glass for Canada this Friday while i'm doing my thing lol. Anyway, I hope you had a cracking time yesterday Smile

    I didn't expect anybody to know there was a Canada Day ... it seems a majority of people here are British ... is there an England Day? England's soooo much older than Canada ... they should consider renaming Canada to England II lol ... it's ruled by the Queen but somehow we're our own country ... I've never understood that

    Shocked you came here and didn't visit me! curse you! lol

    canada was probably its native name before the queen owned it lol. dont forget she owns australia also

    Actually ... Kanata is the native word for " village " some dumb explorer ( Jacques Cartier ) tried talking to natives and decided to call this great land " Canada " because they kept talking about their village and the only word he heard was Kanata lol... stupid explorers in the 1500s

    I had no idea she owns Australia too ... that's pretty sweet

    The closest equivelent the English have to Canada would be St George's day, the patron saint of England. 's the same for all the other countries, but i cannae remember'em off hand
