Gridlock Detective [WiP]

This program will allow you to check on a wide area of london thru webcams and such, allowing you to (hopefully not) see traffic that will be along your journey. no need to search a million links with this thing, it will display over 100 cams (not all at once tho!) and would be great if you find a wifi spot while sitting in your car in that traffic jam, looking for an ice place to turn off lol.

multiple camera views (most likely up to 10 at once)
add your own camera views u find online (client only)
Covers a wide area of London (london only)
Each area is colorcoded to make navigation a lot easier when 'glancing'

This program is undergoing some HUGE changes , progress has been reset back to first base.

it will now have most of the UKs webcams instead of just londons, the pic is just showing the london section.
